CS2D Speck-lock voting script

ok first of all How do i evade a speck lock script? like as in... if you get spec locked is there any way to evede it even if you have n o USGN
You see, my freind wants a similar script for both CS2D AND CSS so he wants to know how people evade speclock AFTER getting spec locked so he can try to make an un avoidable speclock thing
so the current specklock (THE COMMON ONE) like the one in cz, N~, LaG, And other unpopular servers
how do you evade that AFTER being spec locked i dont think there is a way for it to be unavoidable after you get spec locked but my freind argues that there is a way to make it un avoidable. so
i need a few things to prove to him he cant make it OR to prove him right he can make it...
1. the cuttent CS2D speck lock script
2. CSS Spec lock script (IF POSSIBLE) (He said he wants it too o-o)
3. how people in CS2D EVADE the spec lock or ways on how they avioid it...
4. system of how the speclock detects you are the SAME person even with no acc (CS2D)
5. a gun so i can shoot my freind in the foot for annoying me.

So you want the spec-lock script... dont know where you'll get that could ask on the unreal forums.

and a way to evade the spec-lock? before or after you get spec-locked? coz if its after you might just need to rejoin or something. i haven't been spec-locked much.
