Help me please, On Zomb Plaque, I was lvl 31 and had 3k ap, but something happened and I lost everything.. I asked Acolyte to help me but he said he didnt know what to do(his thing doesnt work).. My usgn is Smushies, Please help!

Edit: To stay away from double post, I am editing this one.

Today, March 28th 2011, I went onto the ZP server and it said "Failed To Load Save" So I wanted to say, I am level 22 with 45 AP if that helps with anything. I kept my rank but my level and AP are gone.
