Reason why Spearmen are wanted - Iron Wall or body forgot name & Hyper Body
Fighter/Crusader/Hero isn't meant to be a party class, their only useful party skill is Rage
Their meant for Solo

If you cannot find a PQ to join, Just grind on mobs. Time is wasted when you just stay there not being accepted.
