u mean internet, say an ALIEN WARE computer, can be great for gaming, but if u have shitty internet like sektor's. (NO OFFENSE) u will have like 55kb-65kb etc.

u cant say a person's computer is crap compared to ur internet speed.
i used to have a brand new comp. with average of 32kb (5 years ago)

yea i tihnk so it looks like only the load was unactive but the server keep the saves so when it fixed every1 got their lvls
