Computer dun goof'd
As the title says....my computer bit the dust. More specifically, the whole thing went out in a literal bang, sparking up and smoking right next to me. Cause is unknown as of now, due to my lack of willingness to figure out why it happened...most likely something to do with the power supply, as opening it revealed a fluffy mess of dust bunnies, even stuffed in the fan.
Solved...power supply failure...literally fried everything dear to the well-being of my computer. HARD-DRIVE IS ALLLLL-RIGHT THO.
While in the computer store, I was about to check how much it would cost to repair it (a fucking $200 for those curious little derps), until a sexy high-end (but used) Windows 7 desktop caught my eye...for just $299.
I thought it was a bargain, considering how awesome it was. I'll list the specs below...

Regardless of whether this rig is good by anyone's standards, I thought it was awesome for only $299. Anyways, I'm in the process of re-installing all the important things I usually go with on my older XP, and later I'm gonna try and retrieve my files on the XP...lots of important things on there I can't lose, and I'm not even counting CS2D-related files such as those rule charts or v3.3. But until then, I'm gonna enjoy the smooth, lag-free experience of my new computer.

Re: Computer dun goof'd
The computer is just derptastic, with just a few minor problems, all of which, I assume to be because of me and my ignorance of the subtle changes in Windows 7 from Windows XP. A big leap when you consider that I never used Vista. Actually, how would I know the difference anyways? I wouldn't, atleast between Vista and 7.
Mainly it's with the interface...I was talking with Ghost earlier today, and when I minimized my chat window for a sec, I couldn't open it back up. Every time I try to pull it back up, it would stubbornly refuse to. I did the ALT+Directional Key thing, and also tried exiting, logging back, then calling Ghost again, and it STILL wouldn't come up.
Shit, that's pretty much it. The computer is practically flawless in the eyes of my average expectations, and soon I'm gonna try out BF2 with it and see how it runs. I've tested MineCraft, and it's average. I could run it on max settings, but only at a somewhat stable 20 FPS, with a 512x512 texture pack. I've gotten so used to the low FPS on games running on my old computer that it doesn't actually tick me off, so I'm gonna stick with that.
ALSO, I might reconsider MapleStory and several other games which ran like shit on my old computer.
...Oh sweet fuck I wrote too much again...gonna stop here now.
P.S: THANKS FOR MAKING ME SO FUCKING GLAD I BOUGHT THIS. THIS SHIT IS NICE.
