How to Move your MC Save data to another computer

Ok.
How to move you saved Data into another Computer.

~ for whoever doesn't know ~

Needed Equipment: Flash Drive and Saved data - Single player, and maybe multiplayer data.

First: Go to My Computer
2: Find your (C:) Drive - Click it.
3: Tools; Folder Options; View; View all folders/hidden folders.
4: Find a Hidden Folder called; Document and settings.
5: Find your Computer Account or Documents - Click it.
6: Find Application Data. - Click it.
7: Click/find the Folder called; .minecraft.
8: either copy the whole folder into your " memory stick " or the documents inside it.
9: Test it and see if it works; IT Should work because i've already done this and it worked perfectly.
10: Have Fun! and hopefully this worked so that you can edit your maps/lands on any computer.

Easier Way:
Requirements:
USB
2 Computers
Minecraft (in both computers)
Internet (To read this message..)

1.) Go to "RUN"
2.) Type "appdata"(without the quotes) in the Text bar
3.) Go to roaming
4.) 2x Click the .minecraft folder
5.) 2x Click the Save Folder
6.) Copy the Save File you want to transfer into a USB
7.) Un-Plug the USB
8.) Plug the USB to the computer you want to transfer to.
9.) Paste it..
10.) ????
11.) Profit.
