It's easy...first, close any windows you have open or at least minimize them, then press a button up in the top-right of your keyboard that say "Print Screen" or something similar.

Next, go to a paint program like Microsoft Paint (which comes with your computer) or Paint.NET (which doesn't) and click up in the top bar, a thing that says Edit...click Paste and if it asks to resize or anything, press yes.

Save the image just how you normally would, and you're done. It should now be ready for uploading.
(all this is with Windows XP, so it might be different with other versions or operating systems)
