How do you take a video?

I'd like to record hackers so people can ban, but i dunno how.
Help?

you can use Fraps, or Hypercam just google them, they're pretty easy to use.

Fraps is mainly used for games. only games.
Hypercam just records whats happening on your screen.

i use hypercam, and neer listened about camstudio

xfire's cam is sucky, but it does the game video's job. its memory is less then FRAPS and it can have sound, however just quality is the problem, it goes pixel'd like lol

FRAPs records things that run on Directx and maybe even SDL. Also, there are a few apps that use directx. I remember fraps dectecting msn one time. Funny as hell.
