okay heres the deal
theres something called ADMIN PANEL
the ADMIN PANEL gives you access to close the server,ban ppl, give auth,ect
sky is s-mod
but he has access to this ADMIN PANEL so he can give himself S-admin

Simple version of saaying it so u can shhhhhhhhh:

Sky is in mostafa's staff, he has s admin in all of mostafa's server unless he doesnt want it.
I put Sky in S MOD legend cause he requested it.
